Carlos Jay has over 10 years of experienced in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Event Management. He is also doubles as Managing Director of Insight Advertising Ltd, a free-thinking creative agency in the Argon Group, one of the largest Marketing Communications Conglomerates in the country.

Carlos has spearheaded high level events such as the African Green Revolution Forum 2010, which was chaired by H.E. Kofi Annan, former United Nations Secretary General as well as the Official Opening of the Norwegian Consulate in Ghana. He led the team that put together the Ground Breaking and Sod-Cutting of the Fibre-Optic Broadband Backbone of the Eastern Corridor of Ghana.
