Van-Ess is an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with over twenty year of experience in communication, brand and media strategy.

Van-Ess has worked as an entrepreneur, business development expert, and social enterprise advocate. His adaptable nature allows him to collaborate effectively with individuals, institutes, organizations or groups to create and design strategic ideas for start-ups. Additionally, he provides strategic policiy direction for SMEs and develop communication tools that project and enhance brands and services in the Ghanaian market.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a postgraduate Master's degree in Public Administration from KNUST. Currently, he serves as the Head of Business Development at Asaase Radio Tamale 99.7Mhz, where he hosts an award-winning business show that promotes the SME space in Northern Ghana.
